Dark & Stormy

DRINK 3: "THE BERMUDA BOOMBOX"

Dark as a John Hughes movie ending, stormy as your first breakup mixtape. This one hits different — just like hearing "Come On Eileen" for the first time.

What's In It:

- 2 oz dark rum

- 4-5 oz ginger beer

- ½ oz fresh lime juice

- Lime wedge for garnish

- Ice

How to Make It:

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add ginger beer and lime juice. Slowly pour the dark rum over the back of a spoon so it floats on top. Garnish with a lime wedge. Stir before drinking.

DRINK 4: "THE MIAMI VICE GRIP"

Fresh, minty, and dangerously refreshing — just like Crockett's linen suits. This Cuban classic will have you feeling like you're cruising Ocean Drive in a white Ferrari.

What's In It:

- 2 oz white rum

- 1 oz fresh lime juice

- ¾ oz simple syrup

- 8-10 fresh mint leaves

- Club soda

- Mint sprig and lime for garnish

How to Make It:

Place mint leaves in the bottom of a glass. Add lime juice and simple syrup. Gently muddle the mint (don't pulverize it — just bruise the leaves). Add rum and stir. Fill with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.
